The DDT story continues to be disappointing. If either DDT and BFC continue, either merged or separately, the future and current investors may well lose whatever they have put in.
There is simply no business. They are not selling enough of anything to meet their operating costs. This business basic appears to be lost on the Boards of both companies. They are not even trying to buy cash flow or business. The funds just evaporate.
The Authorities have a lot to answer for in this type of blind regulation.
