Is that the tail wagging the dog,

BPAM is a private management company, but clearly appears to be in total control of a publicly listed company with the Chairman and Director owning this company , and the CFO and CEO being paid by it.

The Beston Global board need to take control of its company immediately but you would think governance has already been compromised with this ridiculous set up. The Board are clearly allowing those with a personal vested interest to have this amount of influence

I can point the finger at Sexton and Gerlach, but there are other board members that can put an end to their total disrespect for the company and more so Sextons and Gerlachs interests in BPAM
