Agree it is a good start 7SOL, but if we're pinning our hopes on Jamaican and Scandinavian fixed odds markets, we're in bigger strife than I thought.
I'm sure betr would have some type of performance-based exit clause from their 10 year agreement with BET. If they buy PBH, do we feel we should be worried about them activating the clause and just using the PBH platform?
Another result could be betr buying PBH and redeploying their software/dev team to BET to improve the platform. Taking off my BET-coloured glasses here - the market tells you that our platform is shite, so we need to be doing everything we can here.
Wonder if Todd can use part of his $9mil to pay a couple of good developers...
