Few folks re-writing their views in hindsight today.

Personally never had much conviction of a JV before the end of the exclusivity, which I've said a few times in the past.

So while most are feeling some disappointment, excitement just beginning for me. Now that there is a risk of either party signing with an alternative party there is some more incentive to come to an agreement. While neither party need each other, it is pretty clear that folks in the EV space are picking dancing partners and the best projects are getting picked up, so both need to get a move on if indeed they decide to go another route. Longer talks are ongoing more chance of an eventual deal, simply because alternative options are getting snapped up.

Impressed that the SP has held up so well. Maybe majority of holders haven't realised JV period has ended. But no big holders look to be offloading so there must still be some degree of confidence among insto holders.
