Masteri, I have been considering a similar play. I think the next 2-3 announcements coming from BET will tell us the path to take.
Its important to note that the 65/35 split was based on the $1.36 VWAP.
If BET announcements are of a substantial nature then we could be looking at a possible 60/40 or even 55/45 split.
I am still confident that BET technology will be going into the TAH dinosaur regardless of who ends up with ownership or demerger .
