God you're challenged.
They're issuing the shares to TAH shareholders not issuing shares for no reason. TAH loses a $4B asset. Which means TAH shareholders will lose the value from their EXISTING shares and in return get BET shares.
How is that losing BET shareholder value? its just adding more shares through TAH shareholders for an amount thats worth the value of the asset. How you see that as BET shares losing value boggles my mind.
