Does anyone really think this deal will actually go through? $85m raised at 70c earlier in the year including Tripp's $25m at 70c and then Tekkorp having circa 15% post last raise dilution. I really can't imagine the $3b being paid for in scrip that will really end up being a falling knife a since the price will crash on confirmation of the deal and I can't imagine the existing institutional shareholders excluding Tripp would be too happy about that.....To me the blue sky and focus should be on the Sportech acquisition and getting NJ finalised rather than worrying about the saturated Aussie market....
