Where did you get that figure from, did you get lessons from Abbott on how to read electricty bill? electricity has gone up a fair bit but nowere near that much. In WA we had some 54% increaces up untill july 1st, none of it related to the CT. after july 1 we had a 9% increase and only 2.6% was due to the CT.
