You should put him on ignore and stop giving him oxygen, he has openly stated that he downramps to get the price down lower so he can do a quick trade in and out, he's not even a shorter just a small time trader scaring retail investors to sell and buy his tiny parcel with the money his mummy gave him for his weekly allowance.
