That's unfortunate for you. The stock was around, $0.265 cents per share 21 months ago in May 2020. Today $0.63. I have had regretful situations as well where I did not pull the trigger early enough and/or hold my position through the volatile periods. HUB at $0.75, PME at $1.50, ALU at $1 they still haunt me to this day. I probably should let it go and live and learn.
I recall two directors combined sold around 1.3 million shares or approx 12% of their personal holding at that time. 1.3 million shares, while directors held than 138 million shares, so less then 1% of total director holdings. I probably would not call that significant.
Management sell for many reasons but buy for only one. I recall the CEO of Betmakers recently buying shares, if that allays a concern you have about director trades.
