When Matt Tripp and BET negotiated the terms of the deal Q1 4C 2021 BET rev was $3.9M. When Matt Tripp Finally got a deal across the line over a year later Q1 4C 2022 BET rev was $24M. The hurdles substantially changed for Matt to get a strategic deal. Within a year the quarterly grew 7500%.
If we had of secured a max contract with Betr of $300M+ over 10 years while we were putting up figures of $3M a qtr then Matt Tripp would have rec'd oppies for a strategic deal and a transformational deal. The stock would have blown the lights out given the bull mentality at the time.
We are now in deep bear market for non profit tech and people will scrutinise everything and with good reason. I was not a share holder at time the deal with betr was made and literally only entered again last week, but I can definitely see the issue given the $15M was never approved or mentioned prior.
