I would suggest that you watch or re watch the previous Q2 results webinar from late jan (below).
We need to give the realignment of the team time to implement the changes. The company has been very clear and consistent about the strategy and timeframes required.
Don't let the decoupled share price rattle you as its not a reflection of what's going on internally.
Will be interesting to compare this to the upcoming to see what progress has been made.
Just my opinion of course.
