I also think that Davey will be taking more after the 4C as he will be in a blackout period at present. I'm sure he and his related entities will be keen around 15c.

Putting things into perspective.

• We were 22.5c share price at close (end of Jan)
• It would be fair to expect a slight improvement in the upcoming 4c based on the comments from the last webinar relating to the larger than usual costs for the gen 2 platform for BETR from the last period and that they had already seen some improvements.
• Global markets in particular quality tech stocks have been recovering somewhat and the forecast for the later half of 23 is looking more positive

With the above factors in mind and the fact we have dropped in share price circa 35-40% since Jan in arguably a better position with improving market conditions it would be reasonable to say that 15c is a "decoupled price" and does not reflect the true value of the company with 100mil reoccurring revenue, 60mil cash and no debt.

We shall see.
