Mate it’s what ever works for you. Yep Help and Reg are full on in regards to banter and sticking it selected people. Yes their noisy. But reading between the noise and doing my research based on the hidden treasures in their house l, resulted in me “throwing the kitchen sink” at BET, averaging out at 51 cents without a couple of hundred thousand shares.
so as far as I am concerned Help and Reg can carry on all day, everyday.
