    Im still fixated by the Share Based Payments expense in the H1 accounts, largely relating to the Tripp transformationalbdeal incentive.

    Accounting rules require use of a probability factor to determine the expense amount. It feels like they used a probability of near 100% to me... which was audited and passed.
