Nobody suggested that. FWIW, last week at Monmouth was washed out so they didn’t even get to see the first day of results from fixed odds commencing.
It will take time to educate the public, go fully online instead of in person only (which is the current situation) and finally to see how it affects the bottom line in the next report.
What people wanted was surety that it would start when it is supposed to, which it has. You are either unfortunately naive or deliberately telling porkies.
