Yep, off market but the hammer on the share price will be released as these positions turn from net short to net long.
There is definitely news brewing in the background.
Large short position holders don't dump like that without understanding the industry machinations and market segment sometimes even better than the company itself.
There is zero reason the company would not be buying back on market at these prices if this was not the case.
