I did notice similar along those lines.

It was definitely a concentrated effort to try push the price down. Even just the last week.

For as long as I've been in the stock I can't remember sellers that are continually happy to sell in down multiple price steps and then just keep going. Also when the market buys up providing support someone would go and sell it down straight away a few price steps. Usually when you sell you try to get the best price and if the buyers are happy to pay a price why would you push it down further to get a worse price....
