The problem with some valuation models is that they only look at current financials ie in BET’s case Rev of $14-16M and there is nothing wrong with that as it is based on actuals……..but you need to have a balance consider the future $62M BET & Sportech…..Its just the difference between short term trading and longterm investing.

Would some valuation models have an element of future forecasts built in?

Or in BET's case it maybe difficult to assess just how large its revenues could become, as converting the USA to fixed odds betting is a structural shift within the industry, and many investors may underestimate what effect this transformation may have.
