Feels like the shorts might be wanting to prey on a negative 4C response.
Been a lot of dealmaking occuring, but if the 4C is perceived to be light, could be a chance for a drop.
Obviously this 4C is largely irrelevant to long term holders, and since the company, to my mind, is clearly not a long-term short target, they may be looking to make their dollar in the near term
