In my opinion, this product falls short in its objective for shareholders. If you take a long term view the results are disappointing. eg on 4th September 2015 the All Ords was 5060.769 and BBOZ value was 30.52. On 16th March 2020 All Ords 5058.161 BBOZ 15.49. In other words, over a period of 4 and a half years the current value of BBOZ is about half what it was at the same level of the Index. Obviously, there is a slight difference perhaps in the futures and say about 8% in fees/expenses.
Investors need to do their homework with the provider and other advisers to establish why this major difference in value has occurred over time.
