Some very sound operational moves have been anounced recently including a punter being allowed to have a common bank across all the games instead of the previous arrangement where you had to have a separate bank for each game.
Also now a lot more emphasis being placed on recreational gamblers with a fair bit of work done on their software to prevent the big professional punters from having any big wins.

Maybe the market does not quite believe exactly how good the last quarter's results were and is waiting for this big improvement to be confirmed by the next quarterly result?
