Completely agree. The importance of quality management is paramount in small cap companies. More than larger companies cause of the lack of diversification etc..
I also liked the short term incentive for andrew broad as well. Revenue greater than 400 million per annum and profitable net result within a years time. Will need contract wins to achieve the 400 million revenue.
