Hard to work out this company although sometimes clear as day...

Hard to work out this company although sometimes clear as day why they can't win work.
Firstly, they take over 2 months to announce the new CEO, who has been working for the company all along.
Secondly, i call up the company and they tell me the new CEO is on holidays!
Seriously, they appoint the new CEO and the first item on the agenda is holidays.
I almost give up.
They can't manage a basic announcement and have the guy around afterwards.
This company is no longer a mid cap and they need to be ruthless with expenditure, starting with the top heavy snr mgt.
On the positive
1) Gonzales looks sharp
2) The CEO has been the incumbent for sometime, thus should have a game plan well in hand.
3) Snr exec and board roles are changing. Let's hope this is for a fresh start and they bring in independents that aren't sheep.
