Staff costs are the easiest expense line to reduce by far when running a business such as this.

Anyone who thinks differently must have zero experience when running a business of a certain size. Role consolidation/redeployment is the first go to when trimming the fat for balancing positive EBITDA.

Zero doubt in my mind Matt D is already deep into this process.

Clearly staff numbers and remuneration got out of control whilst seeking growth under Todd albeit with best intentions.

Betmakers will be positive EBITDA this year. Zero doubt.
