ha, bad comment timing! seemed like just an impatient seller, obviously hadn't been watching the action where a buyer is constantly taking the bid as soon as there is a material amount there. not saying it won't go down, but would have thought most who were concerned about the non approval would have sold straight after it wasn't there for the Haskell
