I'm starting to think that any deal that was in progress is dead in the water. Been going on far too long. Acknowledge that some here have pointed out that it may be a complex task splitting out the AU biz and the tech, but come on...it wouldn't be that difficult to work out if the price was right and PBH is not that big a company to make agreeing to key deal terms hideously complex.
