How many of those that bet Penrith offer only had promo bets on the 100-1 offers and 20-1 on Cox plate and as soon as funds hit their account, they will withdraw. Betr is talking crap. I have 4 accounts alone and if Penrith wins, I will be withdrawing. I know some people who have over 20 accounts and have no interest in betting.
