I don't think headcount is a concern for a growing business. you can see the positions they are recruiting, they don't seem superfluous. share buyback is all about value. if they buyback at $0.25 and later cap raise at $0.50 it's a good result. Not that it seems overly relevant with the current healthy bank balance.
