    What makes you think Betr wants PBH for their platform, rather than their customer list?

    Why wouldn’t Betr employ a similar approach to the one they took when buying TexBet, where BET contributed cash to acquire TexBet’s platform (which I would’ve assumed they would’ve already owned, but that’s another discussion)?
