If people do not deem this as positive I don't know why they're invested in this company. Even if it pulls back to $8 (which I highly doubt) you're still making $1.50 on each share.
Everyone is also forgetting the larger chuck by NBC will be purchased at $13 + and own 5% of the company.
If you think that some retail investors cashing in selling 500-1000 shares at a time is going to run this SP in to the ground then maybe don't invest another cent.
If people do not deem this as positive I don't know why...
