I read the annoucement carefully one more time and this make a big difference. seems the company is rewarding existing retail holders (as well as NBC) and may set a higher price for the placement(not entitlement) offer for the institution that want to participate.I don't think the price will go down dramatically then. finger cross and they should set the placement offer price at $12 to be more realistic.
