LOL, finally some sense in this group.
people forget why the share price moved to $14 initially, it was because of this cornerstone deal that was struck, not because they were going to be offered some new shares in 3 days.
The stock has gone through a re-rate and won’t be falling down to $8 because of this capital raising, it was already known by the market, we may see some red to start, but a lot of people will be rushing to get back in as well.
i think the institutional price which will be announced before the trading halt is lifted will act as floor for where the share price could go.
