Kabunga Holdings is an Australian company so id be saying it doesn't count towards the 30%
However, given the key stakeholder engagement and how well connected Asimwe Kabunga is within the mining community IMO an exemption or compromise of some sort is not out of the question. Usually contributions to infrastructure or the community....
