But wouldn't they have to do lots of testing to see if it meets their specification? Maybe they can do a development agreement? This way they lock in VRC, do their full testing over the year and commit then? But what happens if they reject the graphite? Does that mean VRC and them just wasted a year? Or maybe these offtakes could be for things other than batteries? That way the testing would be much quicker like they are probably doing it now. Thanks for your help.
