Sorry timber.....I don't make any money from buying gold but gold miners, and I think that is pretty much the case for gold bug on this forum. That is where the leverage is.
One game changer will be environmental protections in China. Same thing happened with IO, many dirty mine were forced to shut down and like wise the gold mining industry producing 400-500 T a year is about to get a lesson in cleaning up that will shut alot of them down. Demand is only going to go up and cost of mining gold are only going to go up produce a perfect storm for demand/cost driven prices.
Keep your ears open for any ann's about greening China.
