I would say that if there is any sniff of success in the first well, PVD will have no problem with a quick placement to provide a buffer to cover any $ over run on the second well (as evidenced by FARs very large placement done very easily after their initial success)..... however a duster or a 'technical success' involving a lot of testing,

but no commercial outcome from MZ-1 (leading to trashed share price and little market support) would put the funding heat on the second well...

But then again... a **on farm out would allay a few $ concerns too... by golly that would be nice to see in the next month or so..

And IMO Freeport sound like a great partner to be working with....
