The partners in Morocco have agreed that a fair value for the prospect is $4.5m for 1%.
PVD has 23% of the prospect valued at $100m plus upside with success plus **on plus Madagascar plus Cash of $20m. Can we say conservatively $150m.
With A very tight issued Capital base of 130m shares I would see a bottom valuation of $1.10 per share.
The market looks very wrong at under 40 cents.
