More complicated reasoning for holding. -Currently NSW have confirmed their royalty increase of 2.5% not NHC profit destroying so that hurdle has been jumped.. -at $7 NHC would be paying 10% ff div. -NA3 starting production. -as all are aware top management. -imo and probably most such a coal mine has a couple of decades to run,cleaner higher grade coal.. -management cautious of relying on chinese market for good reason imo.
Probably missed some other reasons ,oops lol i did and the dh's are starting to understand coal power plants are not easy to replace short term especially it replacement technology is not proven. Not buying and definitely not selling. gltah's
