Your entire premise is basically that the selling down of the stock and the delay in announcement is inconsistent with a deal being done.
Are you suggesting you know better than Joe Lowry? Are you saying you know better than Ganfeng who are the other party to the deal? Are you saying it is PLS' fault that Ganfeng announced the deal to their market and determined the timing of events?
Companies quite often use the allotted two days of a TH it is nothing unusual. In fact it is only 11am Perth time so early in the day. They have a heap of time left in their TH and you are already talking suspension.
