Glencore
The A$7 million liability that Havilah still owes Glencore on Kalkaroo, in hindsight, wasn't such a bad deal.
Havilah got an interest free loan of A$7 million over 10 years.
It is only repayable out of 10% of HAV's share of future profits from Kalkaroo.
Portia/North Portia Deal with CMC

Havilah still hasn't received (in the bank) the A$3.8 million 'final payment' consideration from CMC.
