In my opinion, I think it will be a quick launch... So to trump competitors. An announcement, then launch in quick succession. I think it could be the reason for the delay.. No facts to back my theory, just think it could be the case..
If that's the case a huge re-rate that will rival and eclipse the first P & G announcement a few years ago.
