    Yes buddies, I hear that the Somali Federal Government has not approved anything in Puntland and the government is on the way to bring in a federal Hydrocarbon Law.

    By the way what law are the Range guys using, secondly do they have a PSC? someone please enlighten me.It is a Monday after all!!!
