i'm not so sure about that buffett. on face terms i would agree, less shares, easier to move. but thats up or down remember.
however its all got to do with how tightly held the share is and what they have going for them.
as for large registers moving quickly.
take SDL, can move up or down very fast and can hold at all levels.
a point closer to home is TAM, another junior producer. recently had a rights issue and and the amount of shares went from 1 billion to 3 billion. thats dilution for you. however had a chinese interest take as much as they could and since the SP has gone from .005 to closer to 4 cents.
Point is a share will move for the right reasons. thats UP or DOWN.
