3 billion shares at 2c or 30 million at $2.00 - what's the difference?
Of course raising capital is dilutionary, but if the money raised is invested wisely then its obviously a win-win situation. That's the whole premise of the stock market!
Being able to process more ore more cheaply seems like a wise investment to me (assuming they can keep supplying the ore).
