Well, it will be really difficult to raise money for many projects given the 'Head in the Sand 'attidude of the present Government over the R.R.S.T. however there is an out for a Company like BTV with Cash in the Bank and that is find a smaller Project which has Capital Losses and all it needs is a portion of the Cash the Bank of a would be suitor.RCP with approx. $80,000,000 = app. 50 Cents per Share of Capital Losses along with a very near term Copper project valued at approx. $1.20 NET per RCP Share is an ideal target for the likes of BTV.
Time for BTV to 'wake up' and make a move on RCP!
