When we look a little deeper the same modus operandi appears yet again. BHP has sold the original patent to Altair in 1999 and let them run with it on an un stifled basis.
So it appears that BHP likes to control the patents..... cut them loose .....into a creative environment.......and later put the sucessful research into a new incubator that they own some share of.
I wonder just how APG sits in their sights at this moment.
If we are not the bulls-eye we must be the inner circle.
