When is this article dated? If this is dated today then this is far more significant news than anything in the quarterly and it would be this granting of leases for Padaeng that led to todays rises in my opinion.
I thought the announcement in the quartery was actuually fairly negative all things considered and so this would explain a lot for me personally.
Would be great to get an answer from you on this.
