If one were to attribute risk values to the 3 pillars of business 1.management, 2.asset and 3.cashflow I believe management creds are 10x more important now post GFC. And all because risk of corrupt practice has increased. Bourse watchdogs do diddly. Who bites the hand that feeds it?
