If the person PB alluded to in the preso is John Ely, my belief is that he'd more likely have a consultancy/design roll. I only assume this as that seems to be the main service they provide.
Ely and Associates have done a lot of work in the Eagle Ford, the top minds in the business are well known to each other so I assume PB would just pick up the phone, "Hey Johnny, can you have a look at this for me".
The physical infrastructure of the frac I assume would be done by the same crew that did Horseshoe#1. IMHO of course.
Same as the Doyon guys, the plant is"hot" and good to go.
Of course I'm probably off track and completely wrong.
